Straight rules, no small print. 14 days, original packaging, full refund — unless it's digital or an event ticket.

How it works

  1. 01

    Request within 14 days

    You have 14 days from the delivery date to start a return. After that, all sales are final.

  2. 02

    Start from your order

    Log in, open the order, hit Request Return. Pick which items, quantity, and a reason.

  3. 03

    Ship it back

    Use the return shipping option we provide. Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

  4. 04

    Refund in 5–7 days

    Once we receive and inspect your return, refund goes back to your original payment method (M-Pesa, card, etc.).

Not eligible

  • —Digital downloads (music, albums) — all sales final
  • —Event tickets — non-refundable unless the show is cancelled
  • —Items damaged by wear, misuse, or wash
  • —Items missing tags or packaging
  • —Custom or personalised pieces
