By shopping or creating an account, you agree to these terms. We may update them — current version applies when you place an order.
Your account
Keep your password safe. You're responsible for everything done under your account. Let us know right away if you spot anything odd.
Orders & payment
Once you pay, we'll confirm by email. Until then, a cart isn't a guaranteed order — stock moves fast. Prices are in the currency of your region; we can correct obvious pricing errors.
Shipping & delivery
We ship Monday–Friday. Delivery windows are our best estimate; delays happen. Once the parcel leaves our hands, the courier owns it.
Returns
See our Returns Policy for full details. Physical items are returnable within 14 days; digital and tickets are final.
Intellectual property
The brand, logo, photos, and designs are ours. You can share publicly, but don't rip our artwork for resale.
Liability
We do our best. If something goes wrong with an order, we'll make it right within the value of the order. Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes land in Nairobi courts unless we agree otherwise.
